Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please call us at 800-255-2469 for guidance and return shipping options.
As long as your item is truly defective (we will talk you through some steps to make sure it's operating properly) we will accept returns, with conditions, up to 30 days from purchase.
What items can be returned:
- unused products within 30 days of purchase
- defective products that are unusable or unsafe to operate
Possible outcomes and exceptions:
- items marked for final sale are not returnable.
- Returned items must be approved by Flame Engineering to recieve any refund of returned items.
